Introduction

Consumers, defined as individuals acting primarily for purposes unrelated to their trade, business, craft, or profession, are entitled to cancel contracts under the following terms:

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 21 days without providing a reason. The cancellation period expires 21 days from the date you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the goods.

You can inform us through a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, ensure your communication is sent before the 21-day period expires.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer). The refund will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your cancellation.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence of having returned them, whichever comes first.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from notifying us of your cancellation.

The deadline is met if the goods are dispatched before the 14-day period expires. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

General Information

1. To prevent damage or contamination, please return goods in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging components, if possible. Use protective outer packaging if necessary. If the original packaging is unavailable, ensure the goods are securely packaged to prevent damage during transport.

2. Please avoid returning goods as freight forward.

3. The above points are guidelines and not prerequisites for exercising your right to cancel.
